Mindfulness | Open Session
ISSHIN DOJO | LX Factory will offer, from November on, weekly sessions of MINDFULNESS, guided by HANNAH THANTREY, teacher of Meditation and master in Clinical and Health Psychology.
Every week, in the midst of the day-to-day agitation, we will find 40 minutes to stop and open ourselves to the experience of being in the present, through a guided group meditation.
We invite all those interested to an open session on November 8th. Come and meet us!
